• Business submissions: When you submit your business, we collect your business name, owner name, phone number, email address, address, and service details.
• Reviews: When you submit a review, we collect your name and the review text.
• Usage data: We may collect anonymised data about how you use the site (pages visited, time spent) for analytics purposes.

How we use your information

• Business submission data is used solely to review and, if approved, display your listing on ThatLocalSpot.
• We may contact you via phone or email to verify your business details.
• Reviews are displayed publicly on the relevant business listing.
• We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS, ap-south-1 region — Mumbai). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

Your rights

You may request deletion or correction of your data at any time by emailing hello@thatlocalspot.com. We will respond within 7 business days.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
